Nikwax Cotton+ is a blend of cotton with modern synthetic fibres. By combining the best properties of both fibres, Nikwax Cotton+ offers easy wear and easy care qualities - it is fast-drying, lightweight and comfortable to wear in warm weather but also robust and protective. As well as blocking the wind and harmful UV rays, it will, if maintained with Nikwax CottonProof, provide shower resistance too.

How will my Páramo Cotton+ garments outperform other travel outer wear?
The Nikwax Cotton+ fabric used for Páramo’s trek & travel jackets and gilets provides superior performance for warm weather outerwear. The blend of cotton with modern synthetics provides the best of both, especially if treated with Nikwax CottonProof. More lightweight and fast-drying than many comparable garments, they are UV, wind and shower protective and very robust - ideal for load carrying in warm conditions.
In what kind of weather conditions can I use my Alondra Traveller?
When treated with Nikwax CottonProof, the Cotton+ fabric will dry quickly after showers. It provides lightweight wind and sun protection, so is ideal for warm weather activities.
Because the fabric is not fully waterproof, this is not the best garment for heavy rain. For this we recommend a Nikwax Analogy waterproof in cooler conditions or, in warm environments, a Nikwax Windproof (including the Páramo Poncho), combined with a Parameta T+ baselayer to optimise breathability and cooling.
What if I damage my Páramo® clothing?
Simple repairs can often be done with a needle and thread without compromising the performance of your garment. If it is seriously damaged, you can send it back to Páramo and request a quote for having it repaired.

Return Policy
At Outback Trading, we offer a 14-day return policy. However, the item must be in its original packaging and all tags must still be attached. There can't be any marks, smells, or damage to the product.
Returns postage must be paid by the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service. Once we have received it, we aim to have your order refunded within 48 working hours.
